Those warriors looking for armour with a darker look should check out the Blackened Ortwin Cuirass. It adds an impressive touch to your ensemble. Made from 18 gauge steel, this cuirass has a blackened finish. It comes with both the breastplate and back plate. They connect to each other with straps on the sides and two long straps at the top. This helps you to better adjust the fit. The front section has five sections riveted together, two for the upper torso and three for the waist. The first section of the upper torso has a rounded neckline. The second section sits over the first section. It forms a point with its top edge. Riveting adorns the top and bottom of the second section.In addition, riveting secures straps to the bottom section of the waist. This allows you to attach the Blackened Ortwin Tassets (MY101084), sold separately. The bottom section also has a gentle, concave curve in the center. Finally, the cuirass comes with a gorget. It has a short collar in front and does not have a back. The gorget attaches to the cuirass with ties in the front. Both the cuirass and gorget have two holes for these ties to go through. Also, the gorget has buckles for the long straps of the cuirass. You can attach the gorget to the Ortwin spaulders (MY101085), not included, with the straps on the gorget.
